- Obtaining a permit for the sale of alcohol
- Submission of an application for commissioning the premises or a notification of commencement of operations to the Public Health Authority (RÚVZ)
- Handling the entire process with the Public Health Authority (RÚVZ) and managing all communication, including representation and inspection.
- If required, we can also arrange approvals from the relevant ministries for specific types of activities.
- Representation during the opening of healthcare facilities, operating theatres, X-ray units, laser facilities, pharmacies, optical shops, outpatient clinics, beauty and personal care services, food and zero-waste shops, drugstores, accommodation facilities, swimming pools, sports and recreational facilities, and many others.
- Obtaining an L1C license, securing permits from the regional authority, arranging a pharmacy license, obtaining approval from the State Institute for Drug Control (ŠÚKL) for optical shops, and more

- Premises audit prior to an inspection by the Public Health Authority (RÚVZ)
- Registration of the business premises in the Trade Register
